On this page

The console is where you watch your protection work: live traffic, attack history, bans, and controls for every connected server. This page tours the main areas so you know where things live before you need them.

The sidebar

The sidebar is your main navigation. Overview is the landing page with a rollup of your account. My Products lists every product assigned to your account — click one to open its product page. If someone shares a product with you, it appears under Shared with me. My tickets opens the support queue. Accounts with admin rights also see an Administration section.

The product page

Each product page opens with stat tiles summarizing the product's servers and current traffic. Below them, the Connected servers card lists every server you have attached, with its status at a glance.

To attach a server, choose Add server, paste the metrics API URL and API key printed by openshield key, run Test connection, and save. The full walkthrough is in Connecting a server.

The server console

Click a connected server to open its console.

Live metrics tab

The default view: a live traffic chart in packets and bits per second, attack history with per-attack forensics, the current ban list, and geo analytics showing where your traffic comes from. For what a drop actually means, read How XDP filtering works.

Control tab

Here you manage the server's whitelist and blacklist, set the geo mode, and tune the traffic baseline the agent uses to spot spikes. The tab exposes allowlisted actions only — the console relays a fixed set of permitted operations to the agent.

Tickets

My tickets is the support channel. Open a ticket when a product is missing from your account, a server will not connect, or you want help tuning. Attaching the output of openshield status speeds things up.
