> Find purchases under My Products, compare one-time and monthly licenses, check per-server limits, and see what the agent reports about license state.

Every product you buy is assigned to your XDP.NETWORK account and appears under **My
Products** in the console sidebar. This page explains how licensing works, what the
agent reports about license state, and what to do when something looks wrong.

## Where your products live

**My Products** lists every product assigned to your account. Click one to open its
product page, where you attach servers and watch live metrics — the full tour is in the
[Dashboard overview](/docs/getting-started/dashboard-overview).

If a purchase you made is missing, it was simply not attached to your account yet. Open
a ticket from **My tickets** and support assigns it for you.

## One-time licenses vs monthly plans

OpenShield-XDP, OpenShield-XDP Game, and OpenShield-XDP Game Pro are one-time licenses
— you pay once, and lifetime updates are included. PingLess WAF and WAF Pro are monthly
subscriptions.

| Product | Billing | License scope |
| --- | --- | --- |
| OpenShield-XDP | One-time | Flagship license |
| OpenShield-XDP Game | One-time, $29.99 | One server per license |
| OpenShield-XDP Game Pro | One-time, $49.99 | Up to 5 instances |
| PingLess WAF | $19/month | Managed at our edge |
| PingLess WAF Pro | $49/month | Managed at our edge |

Plan changes, cancellations, refunds, and license moves have no self-serve UI. Open a
ticket in the console and support handles them.

## What the agent reports about license state

Every connected agent reports its license details in the metrics payload:
`license.tier` (the product tier), `license.hwid` (the hardware ID the license is bound
to), and `license.expires_at` (the license expiry). Support uses these values to verify
your license when you open a ticket.

## Share access with your team

An admin on the account manages users and product assignment under **Administration →
Users & Products**. From there you can grant sub-users per-server permissions:
analytics grants decide which metric sections a sub-user sees, and control grants set
read or edit access per control tab. Permission holders cannot delete servers they do
not own. The [Dashboard overview](/docs/getting-started/dashboard-overview) shows where
these screens live in the console.
